People
who learn a language mean that they learn how to communicate with others. Especially
English, there will be four skills that should be mastered by students, include
Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. There is also one aspect that cannot
be underestimated by learners; it is culture understanding. The four skills are
generally studied at school by students, and rarely, at tourism place or other
supporting society.
The
first thing that should be done is make sure that you are interested by the
language, or you should have desire to learn it. Any best way will useless if
students do not interest on the language. Some experts argue about the best way
in Learning English Skills. Laura Scholz (2012: 1) suggest you some ways in
learning English, including practice speaking, listen to the
language as often you can, read and read more English, make a travelling to
overseas. Tristan Verboven (2012:1-2) believes some other ways to
learn English Skill such as watching movie and chatting online with foreigners. By those ways, students also can learn the English culture. In
addition, Admind (2010:1) said that computer program can be a best way in
learning English because students can practice English easily by some software of English on computer program. eHow
said that “Having a great English vocabulary doesn't just mean that you can
understand lots of words and phrases: it also means that you can use these
words and phrases, and you can remember them when you need them.”
Mastery all of the
English skills is very important, and many best ways can uses to help in
mastering it. People believe the main aim to learn a language is to communicate
well. People use language every time and everywhere. It means that there is no
end to learn language because language can change and develop every time. In
the other word, language is learned from a birth and a long life. That is why
all of the skills can be mastering, by practicing or using the language every
time as possible.
